This song is another testament to MSV's prowess in Western music. This catty cabaret bubbles up like an inviting glass of Champagne with its opening piano notes. Then the weather turns sultry with the Diva's sly entrance.
With understated strings in the background and accordion to provide elbow grease, the piano, bongos, and drums have themselves a wicked ball. The fluid sandham takes you on many red herrings until you give up trying to nail down a pattern and surrender to the song. Just about then the short-lived treat is over. But you'll play it over and over until it becomes a long lasting memory. And while you hear it again you remind yourself yet again how LRE never got her due glory, and repent again to MSV for letting yet another of his songs almost disappear to oblivion.
